Frank Altman owes his career to capitalism. He’s not interested in dismantling the system or demonizing those who have found enormous success working within the system. In fact, he’s a true believer in capitalism, but not so blindly that he can’t see when it has stumbled.

The organization Frank founded, Community Reinvestment Fund, USA is dedicated to enacting Frank’s vision of a more just and equitable society. The strategies, philosophies, and practical tools that CRF leverages to transform communities and elevate opportunities for all shape the substance of his speaking programs and policy ideas. What’s more, many of these tools and procedures are already codified within American capitalism. Private enterprises today simply are not doing enough with them to make a difference.
